Pricing
The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.
Order Cancellation
A Customer can opt to cancel order within 1 hour for the order placed either online or by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any.
Return & Refunds
We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. Given that the orders are lower in size and its hard to refund for cash on delivery orders in particular, the refunds will be applied to the subsequent shopping bills.
Refund policy
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank. For cash on delivery orders Refunds will be credited to the customer’s account as store credit and can be used for the subsequent order in the future.
